大马旅客常去的八个目的地，都有机构列在JAKIM认可的海外认证名单上，但以官方名单为准，不是这一页。下面的名字帮您知道证书上该找什么，出发前请再到官方文件核对。
官方名单在哪里？
JAKIM把名单以文件形式放在清真官网上3。我们阅读的这一版自2026年8月21日起生效1，涵盖49个国家或地区2。
委任不是永久的。机构获委任三年，期满后会再次审核4，获认可的机构还必须每年向JAKIM提交报告5。所以去年有效的名字今年可能已经变了，请留意您打开的那一版的日期。
哪些目的地有认可的机构？
以下是名单上，大马旅客最常去的目的地所列的机构。
- 日本： 六个机构，即JMA、JHA、JIT、MPJA、NAHA和JHF6。
- 韩国： Korea Muslim Federation 与 Korea Halal Authority Corporation7。
- 台湾： THIDA 与 Taiwan Halal Certification Development Co.8
- 泰国： 总部在曼谷的 The Central Islamic Council of Thailand9。
- 越南： 五个机构，包括HCA、HVN和VINAHIC14。
- 菲律宾： IDCP 与 HDIP15。
- 中国： 六个地方机构，包括山东、河南、甘肃、陕西、重庆和上海的认证服务12。
- 土耳其： KASCERT International 与 GIMDES13。
有两个地方的列法不同。印尼认可的是政府主管机关BPJPH10，新加坡认可的是MUIS11。如果您要去的地方不在这里，比如香港或文莱，请打开官方文件自己搜索，不要凭猜。
怎样把证书和名单对上号？

认可的机构没有告诉您什么
认可针对的是发证机构。它不说明从未申请过的餐馆，也不说明证书上没写的分店，更不说明上个月已经过期的证书。
它也代替不了您自己的标准。如果家人的底线不同，请出发前先谈好。遇到教法问题，请请教您的乌斯塔兹或州宗教局。
订位前该发给店家的问题
复制下面的信息，发给餐馆、酒店或旅行社。
- “请问是哪个清真认证机构发的证书？有效期到什么时候？”
- “证书上写明的是这间分店和这间厨房吗？”
- “可以发一张清楚的证书照片给我吗？”

常见问题
证书来自认可机构，是不是这家餐馆就没问题了？
这只说明发证机构是马来西亚已认可的，证据比一块招牌强。但它不能代替您自己的标准，也只涵盖证书上写明的范围。请核对分店、有效期和适用产品，再按您自己的标准或向乌斯塔兹请教后决定。
如果发证机构不在名单上怎么办？
在进一步确认之前，把它当作店家自称清真，而不是已认证。有的机构可能是新成立的，或是名单上某机构的地方分支。请问店家证书背后是哪个机构，再拿这个名字对照最新的官方名单。
为什么印尼列的是主管机关，不是认证机构？
名单对印尼和新加坡认可的是政府主管机关，而不是民间认证机构。实际做法是一样的：找出证书上的发证单位，再对照名单。类型不同，只是改变您要搜索的名字。
这份名单多久会变一次？
每个机构的委任期是三年，期满后会再次审核，所以名字可能增减。我们说明的这一版在2026年8月生效。每次出发前，请到JAKIM网站打开官方文件核对，带团的话更要这样做。
团队负责人只看这一页就够了吗？
不够。这一页告诉您去哪里找，接着请在官方名单上核对名称，并要求每家店把证书以书面形式发给您。把副本放进行程资料夹，让每位团员在用餐前都看到同样的证据。
