What should I send?
You do not need a finished plan. A few lines are enough:
- Where you are thinking of going, or two places you are choosing between.
- Your travel month and number of days.
- Who is travelling: children, older parents, friends, a women-only group.
- Your standard for halal food, in your own words.
- Any quote you already hold, as a photo or pasted text.
What do you reply with?
We reply with the questions that would change your plan, and point you to the pages and tools that answer them. If you ask for a quote, we explain how the agency introduction works before anything is shared. See how we help.
Can I report a mistake?
Yes, and we welcome it. Message us the page name and what looks wrong, with an official source if you have one. We check it, correct the page and note the change, as our editorial policy explains.
What about my privacy?
Your WhatsApp message is used to answer your enquiry. The privacy policy says what we keep and how to ask us to delete it.
What do you not handle here?
We do not take bookings or payments, and we do not give religious rulings. Please ask your own ustaz or the state mufti office about fiqh questions. We also do not cover Umrah or Hajj.
Is there an address or phone line?
