How We Help You Plan
From your first question to a licensed agency quote, one step at a time.
MuslimTravelQuest helps you shape a trip that fits your faith needs. If you then want a quote, we introduce a licensed Malaysian travel agency. Bookings and payments happen with the agency, airline or hotel, never with us.
What happens when I message you?
You send a WhatsApp message with the basics: where, when and who is going. We read it and reply with the questions that would change your plan, such as prayer between sights, a mixed pool, or a parent who tires on long days.
The WhatsApp button on any page opens a message that already mentions the page you were reading.
What can we help with?
- Choosing a destination that suits your group and your standard for halal food.
- Reading a halal or Muslim-friendly claim, using the six claim states on our methodology page.
- Planning prayer, rest and meals into each day.
- Putting two package quotes side by side, so you compare the same things.
- Writing the questions to send an agency, hotel or restaurant before you pay.
How does the agency introduction work?
If you ask for a quote, we suggest a licensed Malaysian travel agency. With your agreement we pass on your trip details so you do not repeat yourself. You choose the agency and can stop at any point.
Please check any agency’s licence yourself. MOTAC says it enforces the Tourism Industry Act 1992 and its Regulations1, and it invites the public to report suspected violations through its complaints system2. Check the official MOTAC page before you pay.
What about payment and fees?
You pay the agency, airline or hotel you book with. We may receive a referral fee from an agency we introduce, and we tell you before you decide. Read the referral disclosure for the full wording.
What do we not do?
We do not run tours, certify halal, or give religious rulings. For fiqh questions such as jamak, qasar or fasting while travelling, we explain the practical side and suggest you ask your own ustaz or the state mufti office.
What should I send first?
Your destination idea, travel month, number of days, who is travelling, and any quote you already hold. The contact page has the full list.
