What land arrangement covers and leaves out

The package says land arrangement, and you cannot tell if flights and meals are in it.

A land arrangement is a trip package without your international flights. It covers the part on the ground: hotel, local transport, sightseeing and whichever meals are written in.

How will you meet it on the trip?

You will see “land arrangement” or “land only” on quotes, next to a price that looks smaller than a full package. The price is smaller because flights are missing, not because the trip is cheaper.

A tip when flights are booked separately

Does land arrangement include flights?

No. It covers what happens after you land: hotel, local transport and sightseeing, with meals only if the quote says so. Flights are separate, and airport transfers may be too. Ask for the inclusions as a list so you know what you still need to buy.

Are meals included in a land arrangement?

Only the meals the quote names. One line can say breakfast only, another can say all meals. If halal matters, ask which meals are included and what claim state each venue has, because an included meal you cannot eat helps nobody.

Who is responsible if my flight and the land package do not match?

You are, unless the operator agreed otherwise in writing. Late arrivals can cut the first day or the pickup. Send your flight details early, and ask what happens to the first sight and the first prayer stop if you land late.
